Five focused services, one approach: assess properly, treat the cause, and give you a plan you can follow between visits. Choose the one closest to your situation — or just call and describe it.
Most orthopaedic pain — a stiff back, an aching neck, a knee that complains on stairs — builds up over months, not overnight. Treatment works best when it's aimed at the underlying movement problem, not just the sore spot.
Typical plan: a full movement and strength assessment, hands-on therapy to settle pain and restore joint mobility, then graded exercise to build the strength and control that keeps the problem from returning.
Sessions usually combine manual therapy, mobilisation, stretches, strengthening and posture or ergonomic advice for desk work and daily routines. Electrotherapy and taping are used when they add value — not as a substitute for active treatment.
Neuro rehabilitation
Neurological recovery is slow, uneven and deeply personal. The goal here is to keep improving function — movement, balance, independence — one realistic step at a time.
Rehabilitation focuses on relearning movement patterns, maintaining joint range, building strength and balance, and preventing complications like stiffness and falls. Family members are involved wherever possible, so they can support exercises at home.
Where travelling is difficult, neuro rehabilitation is often done through regular home visits, especially in the early months after a stroke or injury.
Sports injury rehabilitation
Getting out of pain is only half the job. The other half is returning to your sport without the same injury coming back in six months.
That means a proper diagnosis of what was injured, protection and pain control in the early phase, then a structured progression through range of motion, strength, balance and sport-specific movement. Testing before return-to-sport decisions keeps the process honest.
Depending on the injury, treatment may include taping, sports massage, manual therapy, electrotherapy and a detailed conditioning programme.
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Surgery fixes structure. Rehabilitation restores function — and the months after surgery are often the difference between a good and a great outcome.
Rehab is paced to your surgeon's protocol and your body's healing stage: swelling and pain control first, then range of motion, then strength, then normal walking, stairs and daily activities. Progress is reviewed at every session so nothing is rushed.
Please bring your discharge summary and surgeon's instructions to the first visit. If needed, treatment can continue at home while movement is still limited.
Home visit physiotherapy
Some patients shouldn't be travelling — after major surgery, during a neurological recovery, or simply because age and pain make the trip difficult. Home visits bring the same assessment and treatment to your door.
The visit covers assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise guidance with whatever you have at home, and clear instructions for family members on how to help safely between sessions.
Home visits are available in and around Ghatlodia and Chandkheda, including nearby areas such as Chandlodia, Gota, Motera and Sabarmati. Availability depends on distance and schedule — call or WhatsApp to confirm a slot.
Not sure where to start?
Describe the problem. Get a straight answer.
Tell the clinic what's bothering you — how it started, what makes it worse, what you've already tried. You'll be told whether physiotherapy is likely to help, and what the first session would involve.
