About the clinic

Physiotherapy, done properly, close to home

A neighbourhood clinic in Ghatlodia where you're treated as a person with a problem to solve — not a file with a condition number.

A calm, bright exercise and rehabilitation space with mats and plants

The physiotherapist

Dr. Rajal Patel, B.PT, M.I.A.P

Dr. Rajal Patel is a physiotherapist with more than ten years of clinical experience, and a member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists. The clinic in Ghatlodia was built around a simple observation: most people don't need more machines — they need a proper assessment and a plan they understand.

Over the years, that approach has been applied across orthopaedic conditions, neurological rehabilitation, sports injuries and post-surgical recovery, for patients ranging from young athletes to grandparents recovering from joint replacement.

Outside the clinic, home visits take the same standard of care to patients who can't travel — a significant part of the practice, and one of the reasons families across Ghatlodia and Chandkheda keep coming back.

  • B.PT — Bachelor of Physiotherapy
  • M.I.A.P — Member, Indian Association of Physiotherapists
  • 10+ years of clinical experience
  • Home visits across Ghatlodia, Chandkheda & nearby

What matters here

Three rules the clinic doesn't bend

Find the cause, not just the symptom

A sore knee is rarely just a knee problem. Assessment looks at the whole chain — posture, strength, movement habits — before treatment begins.

Teach, don't just treat

You'll leave each session understanding what's happening in your body and what to do about it — so the improvement survives without the clinic.

Honest plans, no padding

If physiotherapy can help, you'll get a clear plan. If something needs a doctor's opinion first, you'll be told that too — plainly and early.

Your first visit

What actually happens, step by step

No guesswork, no rushing. The first session is longer because it has to be.

01

We talk first

What hurts, when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you need to get back to. Your history matters as much as the examination.

02

Then we assess

Movement, strength, joint range and specific tests for your condition — to identify the actual cause rather than the most obvious symptom.

03

Treatment starts the same day

Hands-on therapy and initial pain management begin in the first session, so you leave feeling a difference, not just with paperwork.

04

You get your plan

How many sessions are likely, what progress should look like, and the exercises to do at home in between — explained clearly, with time for questions.

Come see for yourself

Ten minutes of assessment beats months of guessing.

If you've been managing pain with painkillers, rest or hope, book a proper assessment. Worst case, you leave with a clear answer about what's going on.
